The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: This entails the order's verification, manufacture/construction, quality check, and packaging. Processing time normally ranges from 1-3 business days. Please note that while the processing time may take 1-3 business days, once your order is placed it is immediately sent to the manufacturer to be made. Once the manufacturer has started working on your order, the order cannot be canceled. Hence our strict, no cancelation policy.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After your order has been processed and sent in the mail, it will usually take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive at its destination. However, unforeseen circumstances can happen which may cause the order to arrive after 5 business days. For international orders, please expect orders to arrive with 10-25 business days. Please reach out to us if your order has not arrived after 10 business days for domestic orders and 25 business days for international orders.
