1. Where are the Sizing Charts?

2. Does Reshapen offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the United States on all orders more than $75. If the order total is less than $75, a standard $7.99 fee is charged for shipping. For orders being shipped internationally, additional shipping charges may occur.

3. When will my order arrive?

There is no definite timeframe for the arrival of any of our products. The delivery time will depend on the size of the product, the day the order was placed and the distance from the manufacturer to your desired shipping address. Please allow around 1 - 3 weeks for the product to arrive at you. If your product does not arrive within 3 weeks, we recommend that you promptly reach out to us through our "Contact Us" page.

4. Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

As soon as you place your order, we immediately process and escalate the order to the manufacturer. As a result, you cannot cancel placed orders. Please be absolutely sure about any products you're purchasing before checking out.

5. Does Reshapen have a return/exchange policy?

We are a very small print-on-demand and dropshipping business. This means that every single order is custom-made and shipped directly to you after the order is placed. Since we have no physical location and the product is made specifically for the customer, we currently do not offer any refunds. If the product has a manufacturer's defect, we will work with the manufacturer directly to exchange the product. We understand that this is a very strict policy, so we recommend that you take extra care in choosing the design, size, color and dimensions of our product before you place the order. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page for more information on our no-refund, manufacturer defect exchange policy and other concerns.

6. Does Reshapen offer discounts?

Yes, on occasion, we offer discounts on our products. These discounts may be found on the website but the best discounts are offered to our exclusive list of Reshapen subscribers and loyal customers. You can become a Reshapen subscriber by signing up in the "Newsletter" section at the bottom of every page on the Reshapen website.
