We are a very small print-on-demand and dropshipping business. This means that every single order is custom-made and shipped directly to you after the order is placed. Since we have no physical location and the product is made specifically for the customer, we currently do not offer any refunds.

If we, Reshapen, and you, the customer, come to an agreement that there is a manufacturer's defect, we will work with the manufacturer directly to exchange the product. We understand that this is a very strict policy, so we recommend that you take extra care in choosing the design, size, color and dimensions of our product before you place the order.
